the land and the people are still blowing my mind.
i slept on the nile and walked through the holy sanctuaries of ancient temples. i saw the meticulously preserved bodies of rulers regarded as gods. i touched the walls and felt the reverence of world wonders built on the backs of slaves. i breathed in the dirt and the beauty and the desert and the spirituality and the smiles and the rise and fall of kingdoms and the cycle of life in the tide of the nile.
i can't begin to do it justice...

Wow!!what a picture. this looks more Indiana Jones. I'll just call you Indiana J---?. your words are so poetic though!! I can tell you were truly touched by the land, history, and the people who are all a part of the place.
