(in which i rant due to my general unimpressed-ness of people) the bad news is:

some chick walking around green lake is about to make a poor financial decision.

this is what i overhear--"so i may be broke NOW, but it's not like I'm going to be broke LATER, so, like, WHY should i sacrifice my quality of life? should i SERIOUSLY be enslaved by my financial status?"

and this is what my mind responds-- "well girly, i guess you shouldn't. in fact, not having money should never get in the way of doing what you want. you should probably go open some more credit cards, and then you should buy some more brand name workout clothes. because you shouldn't be caught dead going on a walk around green lake in WALMART grubbies. what kind of quality of life is that?"

sorry girl, you get an F in financial independence. wait, no, I guess she's representing about the average american, so i guess she actually gets a C... :(

i worry about people.

whenever i know i'm going to be travelling in an airport,

i like to be sure and wear my hole-ley socks that day. that way if i get a mean security agent when i go through the metal detector, maybe they will see the holes in my socks and feed bad and be nicer to me.

things that have been over-done:

1. kareoke scenes in chic-flics
2. shopping cart rowdiness in music videos
3. computer animation in star wars movies

things there can never be too much of:
1. blankets
2. baby wipes while camping
3. bat for lashes music videos

time spent coaching me through everything = approximately half my life

time spent laughing with me = the other half of my life

this girl is enough to make me actually want to have daughters, so they can have each other as a best friend.

a good trick

when you're jogging to look more pro is to reach up take your pulse sometimes. Act like you're counting too. I'm pretty sure it bumps my runner's image up at least 3 points.
